Hybrid Coaching at CHP combines in-person sessions with me at a minimum of 1 time per week and app-based programming/homework for the rest of your week. You get the accountability of being in the room for the heavy lifts and technique work, plus a structured plan for the days I'm not there.
Hybrid training in Minnesota for clients who want both, not one or the other.
HOW HYBRID COACHING WORKS
Your Custom Plan, Step-by-Step
We start with an honest conversation about your goals, schedule, training history, and equipment. From there, I build a custom hybrid fitness coaching plan in Minnesota structured around the days we train together and the days you train through the app.
In person at least 1 time per week at my Champlin location or St. Paul, that's where the high-quality coaching reps happen. The rest of the week runs through my coaching app with programming you can execute wherever your training happens, home, other gym etc. Both sides talk to each other. I adjust what you do alone based on what I see in the room, and vice versa.

We analyze your performance, goals, and limitations to create a fully customized hybrid coaching plan.
TRAIN & COACH
Train with structure while receiving both online guidance and in-person coaching for maximum effectiveness.
